Nokia anounced the best 'value for money' smartphone - nokia 5230. The handset has 3.2-inch touchscreen and long life battery, it's supports HSDPA and A-GPS. Approximate cost of Nokia 5230 is 149 Euros. Sales starts on October 2009.
